Join Hudson Institute for a virtual discussion with Elbridge A. Colby on his critically acclaimed new book, “The Strategy of Denial: American Defense in an Age of Great Power Conflict.”

As the lead architect of the 2018 National Defense Strategy and former deputy assistant secretary of defense for strategy and force deployment, Colby has unique insights into the strategic challenges facing the United States, and argues that U.S. strategy must be revised to deter the growing ambitions of the People’s Republic of China.

Mr. Colby will discuss his new book with Hudson Institute Walter P. Stern Distinguished Fellow Kenneth Weinstein; Senior Fellow and lead architect of the 2017 National Security Strategy Nadia Schadlow; and Senior Fellow and Director for Chinese Strategy Michael Pillsbury. Please join Hudson Institute for this important conversation.
